Return Policy (30 Days)
Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
